2. About the Site

DJAYTIGER is the home of DJ Aytiger — classic hip-hop, R&B, soul, and funk DJ mixes, stories, merchandise, and music. The Site links to our shops, our music on Bandcamp, and our channels on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X, and TikTok.

3. Trivia Game

We run an interactive trivia game ("Tiger Trivia") in live chat during our streams. By playing, you agree to:

• Play fair — one account per player, no bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit answers.
• Keep chat respectful — no spam, flooding, hate speech, or harassment.
• Accept our scoring decisions — we may remove points, reset scores, or block players for cheating or abuse, at our discretion.

4. Purchases

Merchandise and music are sold through third-party shops and platforms (including our Fourthwall shops and Bandcamp). Purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of those platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

DJ mixes, artwork, logos, the DJAYTIGER name, and all content on this Site are the property of DJ Aytiger unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse them without written permission, except for sharing links to our public posts and videos.

6. YouTube API Services

Our trivia game uses YouTube API Services. Your use of that feature is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data the trivia application accesses and how to request deletion.

The Site links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices — their own terms apply when you visit them.
